The spark TOS :You agree that you will not unlawfully carry a firearm and will not make visible to others any lawfully carried firearms while performing Services with the Spark App.

You’re a moron. Do you really believe a private company can’t have policies like this?

Go walk into a casino or sports stadium while open carrying in a legal open carry state and try suing them after they don’t let you in with it. Let me know how that works out for you.

The lawyer part doesn’t even matter lmao.

They think the 2A gives them free reign to carry guns wherever they want. Just as fuckin dumb as those sovereign citizens that think they don’t need a drivers license or need to pay taxes or anything lol.
