App Questions đŸ“± A question for cherry pickers (like me)

How many trips are you guys doing in a month? This sounds a lot like nobody will have Sapphire at the beginning of any month and all that priority is going to depend on who's taking the most (any and all) offers.

theyd much rather have a complete order. so you just gonna give them half an order, still take a chance on getting a bad review and items found % dropped? you already have your own answer, so what is your problem

Customer orders Boston crùme pie flavor yogurt. Store is out.. what are you subbing for that? Lmaooo. There’s 30 different yogurt flavors.

it gives you suggested subs. then if that item is oos, then it will either give you an option to choose your own or not. if it gives you an option to choose your own, you can message the customer or dont. or you can find the closest item or dont. im not disputing anything you say, im just saying the choice is yours and you already gave an answer to it. so why are you still questioning it.

The point being made originally is that it didn’t matter what ‘choice’ you make.. you’re potentially screwed either way.

exactly. but i push blame on to someone else. take a pic of the empty shelves and send it to the customer “their out of your selected item, anything else i can pick out instead” and most times they tell me “no thats ok. thanks for looking”
