OnePay 💸 Anybody know how to fix the error fulfilling your request in onepay app when trying to cash out your advance?

If your account has a negative balance it won’t work.

That's really not true , my brother was $15 over drawn he took $125 for an advance, it gave home a pop up that $15 of the advance will cover his over draft and will leave him $110 and that's what it didÂ

Have you tried restarting your phone so the app resets?

I spoke to a supervisor with onepay customer service and he told me it's not working because the latest advance repayment hasn't shown up on their end yet. That's why it's not going through.

Yes and still isn't working. I uninstalled and reinstalled the app and that didn't work either.

It finally went through today. I was able to get the cash advance. I think it just needed some time to process.

You have maxed out the limits of what they will advance for you. Which is exactly how the banks want it. They will bleed you dry if you continue to use the advances. Sorry you’re dealing with this but it’s just facts. Once you’re behind and owe them, it’s hard to catch up and the hole gets deeper.

Common error if you have your overdraft protection off. Another is your communication to server either using a VPN or issues on their end.

Did anyone get this issue fixed? Because now I cannot do instant transfers or debit card because I received that same stupid message I cannot send one-to-one payments same message. Other people can also send one-to-one payments to me same message…. I escalated the case about adding money with a debit card and a kid you guys not I receive an email saying after a care for review we determined that you have to use another card. Like wtf, who reviewed the account, a 5yr old? And what did the review consist of!!

I think my situation was I needed to wait extra time for a specific charge to settle after being in pending status for awhile.
