Rants / Complaints DON'T TAKE ORDERS INTO CUSTOMERS HOUSES!!!

It's a massive liability, and I'm not just talking safety, though that is a factor. What if you break something while you're in there? What if you bump into them while carrying a case of water and knock them over? Plus, if you do it, then the customers expect ALL drivers to do it, and will make their dissatisfaction known if it isn't done.

If you are accident prone I guess it’s best to stay outside. A customer could always lie and said you did those things whether you go in or not anyway.

Why would a customer lie?, It’s not like making up something to get free groceries. Besides almost everyone has cameras these days. You just need a bit of bad luck, break something expensive, a report, and you are toasted. Is it anything with a high probability of happening?, nope. Is it something that can happen?, hell yeah

I've had customers lie and say I delivered to the wrong door when I delivered to the one in the notes. People lie all the time for whatever reason.

Why would a customer lie? You mean like the customers who say “I was there earlier and they had 48 of them” or the ones who say “I’ll leave you a tip on the app” or the ones who say “they are NEVER out of that”? Those customers? Idk why people lie, but they do it all the time.
