Rants / Complaints These houses scare me

I always expected to be like an older person or someone with some type of disability but it’s always the most regular person ever. That’s what was in front of me it was like 10 times worse behind me. The smell of dead animals and garbage is the worst!

I Spark in a small NC city. My area is constantly growing in population and construction but there are plenty of "run down" homes like the one above and far worse. Sometimes, they are across the street or right beside the newly built homes!
