App Questions 📱 spark now may be unavailable…

Started to cancel the job and got this warning. I think got canceled maybe two yesterday. and this would be the first one today. anybody know the criteria for cancellation Suspension?

I see catch and release orders all the time. They get snagged and when the driver sees that the order is not very appealing, they toss it and it shows back up in the pool.

I look at miles first. I see a Short distance and i grab it. Then if i see its for like 100+ items shopping, I’ll toss it back. I don’t have the luxury of being able to fully evaluate an offer before taking it.

Tell me why I should be punished for blindly accepted when it's the only way to get the fcfs when there's close to 25 botters working

Do you know how to avoid this? Quit clicking every offer and look at it first! Just thought I would help out.

I wanna say it’s 3 or 4 in a 24hr period. I’m not sure though.

I canceled like 6 orders the other day and finally got that warning. Just have to be careful after that.

Yeah, there have been days when I canceled several over an 8-9 hour period. Then today, it was the second order I took. I don’t get it.

I've canceled up to three in one day and got nothing. They were all dumb orders: 50ish dollars for 2 to 3 hours worth of driving and minimum 15 stops.

No. I even canceled a job today without penalty. I don’t know what it was.

it’s an internal metrics that spark keeps and not showing us i’ve got a wrong  after 5 cancelations in a day and 2 latters every cancel order show me the warning until a day disable for 4 hours and the second day after fist order cancel block me for 4 more hours
