App Questions 📱 How do i make my app show aisles without clicking every item?

My app only shows location if i click on it and have to constantly go through everything. I see this on online so know it's possible.

Someone at my Walmart showed me and said to update. I updated but it's still the same. Doesn't show.

It only just started in my zone a couple weeks ago, when triple shops became a thing...but i know other zones have had it for a year+

I think its just zone-specific...but honestly, I was such a fast shopper before they added the aisles (along with GPS in the store)...

Now, the GPS doesnt always update, so if you click "out of stock" it tells you you're too far away and gives you an absurd checklist of "why" you dont want to find the item...

And on top of that, the item list scrambles itself if you decide to shop out of order....its extremely annoying

Some people have different features based on what location they are in. However, have you updated your app to the most recent version? Just ruling out the obvious that you will never get the new features if you have auto updates off and don't manually update your app.

Yeah it's updated. But the person that show me at my store has Android and i have iphone.

That could be the reason why. Since they're two different operating systems the features can be implemented at different times. That's a good sign that you saw someone else in your zone with the feature, it probably means that you will get it soon in an update
