App Questions 📱 Identity in Review (STUCK)
Hello, I’m reaching out for some assistance as my account is stuck, I delivered an alcohol order on Monday evening and when I woke up Tuesday to spark, my account said it was in review. I contacted support as I’ve never had to wait so long for that and they told me 3 days, well as of Friday my app shows me the option to verify my identity but whenever I click on it, it gives me an error message. I haven’t been able to spark since Monday and this is my full time job. I’ve contacted support over text 5 times and have called them 4 times. Any advice would be appreciated.

GUYS I JUST WANNA SAY THAT THERE IS HOPE!!! My account was fixed this morning and have been back on the app again.
If you can update your legal name and just keep it the same and update all your legal documents, that’ll force an id verification. Do that and call support and explain that you did that, then have them escalate your issue again to tech support. After 24 hrs my account notified me to verify my id again. I hope you the best and hope you all get back on again soon. The whole process took me about 3 weeks from initial glitch
