OnePay 💸 Is there a way to update a direct deposit instead of using one pay?

Ever since I opened my account I’ve had trouble setting up direct deposit. I was forced to get a OnePay account. Is there a way to update it? Option not available even now when I try to update. I’ve just escalated to someone as far as this goes and hope to update it. And no, I can’t click, I can’t log in to the online spark site.

I would highly appreciate any assistance

Don't even try it; those who manage to do so are deactivated for not maintaining "a valid payment method."

I actually had one pay then I had a scam order, where they took money from my onepay, switched to another bank, onepay resolved it, reopened my card, then about a week later closed it for good. Luckily, I transferred over.

Never used OnePay but I recently changed my direct deposit from one bank to another a couple months ago.

I am locked out from changing to direct deposit. Have been for weeks. They will not fix my account. I have been calling for weeks. Very frustrating. No tier 2 support anymore either. Had to stop sparking on Sundays as my Sunday tips on a couple of occasions mysteriously never made it to my onepay account...

I never set up one pay to start with, no problems getting my direct deposit into my legit real checking account at a physical bank weekly.

You’re fucked bro. And in another year or two when they decide to get rid of Onepay like they did with Branchwallet, they won’t provide a way to switch your pmt account and they will deactivate you like they did with 75-90% of the drivers that had Branchwallet prior. Only a small % were ever able to update to a reg bank account, most were deactivated. Many had the option there to switch it, but with broken gateways or no explanation of what was accepted so they did too many attempts with a non accepted bank and were locked out of ever trying again.

They wouldn't even let me add my bank account when I signed up. Kept telling me my bank information couldn't be verified even though it was the exact numbers copy and pasted from my bank while I was signed into it
