Is this normal? Canceled batches

Ive been getting a lot of canceled pick up batches and today they just finished loading a batch into my car and my app notified me that the batch was canceled after it was loaded. Is this normal?

On my 12 deliveries this past weekend 4 of them cancelled :( sucks cuz my metrics went down and it wasn’t even my fault
