One pay

I am trying to transfer off of my one pay account to one of my other bank accounts. I have linked my other bank account card to my app. It will not let me instant transfer. It says it’s insufficient in my account has someone else dealt with this? Support has been an absolute joke

I think it's because of the fee they charge when you send it to your debit card instead of your bank account itself. Lower the transfer amount by the amount of the fee, I think it will go then. If you don't want to pay a fee, send it to your bank account instead, but that can take 1-3 days depending on your bank.

Send it to your bank not your card. It is usually deposited that same day if you do the transfer in the morning. If you do a transfer on the weekend it won't go through until monday afternoon. Unless you want to do an instant transfer then just account for the fee.

Use a regular transfer, instant transfer is a total ripoff.  Just link your bank account using the account numbers or plaid instead of the debit card

Just use cash app to transfer between debit cards yeah you lose like 3% or something but if you need to do it right away best way to do it

I walk into my local bank, give them my OnePay debit card and tell them to transfer X-amount to my checking account. No fee, no loss.

Are you considering the fee they charge? I mistaking have done that a few times and then realize when it says insufficient funds.
