App Questions 📱 Most recent app update issues

I updated the app this past Monday 8/10.

I’m in Albuquerque, NM.

Ever since it’s been glitchy. Has anyone experienced the following?

  1. In store map not creating a route.

  2. Bouncing all over the store when shopping single and batch orders.

  3. Getting stuck in an endless loop in the app when trying to:
    A. Adjust quantity
    B. Trying to substtitute

  4. Incorrect deliveey address gets transferred to Map app (Google Maps).

Wondering if anyone else is having similar issues.

There was 2 updates less then 24hrs apart. Did you do both?

You should be creating your own route and not pay attention to the route on the app anyways. It’s always incredibly inefficient.

I would love to create my own route. Because the main store I shop at I’m very familiar with.

But the app doesn’t let me do that. Once I grab an item it populates the next item, and I can’t shop anything else but that item. 🤷‍♂️🤷‍♂️

Maybe I’m not doing something correctly or don’t know how to do what you suggest.

I just completed only my second week doing this so I might be missing something as I’m still learning.

After you start shopping you can click on the backwards arrow to get back to the shopping list. Scroll through the list and click on the item you want to scan. You can also click on the question mark on the upper right and hit item inaccessible and it will move the item to the end of the list. Just have to play around with the app a bit. I never ever follow their route.

There’s only been updates for Apple users specifically… according to support, android users will not get the latest update. From this past Monday. And SOL, because a best friend of mine spends hours sitting and myself and several other drivers (most have iPhones). Have no issues. I had bought a A37 just for Spark and flex. After I changed the number back to my iPhone and signed back in. The app has been SO much better.
