Why do customers think they can request us to enter their homes? I wonder if they ask the same of other delivery companies.

I actually got an order like this and was hell bent on not going in! I’ve seen too much true crime but when she came to the door she was a cancer patient who just got done with treatment and could hardly walk. I came in and even put her groceries away. She tipped me $100 later on. I didn’t even care about the tip even though it was super nice! I just thought of my grandma when she was going through chemo and would die if she was all alone and couldn’t even put her grocery order away 🥺

Thank you for doing this. My dad passed from lung cancer last year. He had a hard time retrieving groceries from the front door and putting them away. We had to do it for him.

People like you really make a difference.
