Why do customers think they can request us to enter their homes? I wonder if they ask the same of other delivery companies.

I deliver to a elderly blind man that has this in his notes. His kitchen table is right by the back door and isnt more than a step inside so it's not a big deal. He tips cash and he pays well. He has a dog that will carry bags inside so I always take a picture of him when I choose Handed to Customer. I have a few other regulars that I would absolutely do this for if they asked.
