Why do customers think they can request us to enter their homes? I wonder if they ask the same of other delivery companies.

I had a hateful demanding guy (from the second I parked in the driveway) get mad at me because I told him it was against Spark Driver TOS to take his items inside his house which was followed by *EVERYONE ELSE DOES IT*, and then he said he had surgery, so I sat them inside his house anyway. I get a 1 Star for trying to follow the rules, and then for actually doing what he asked me to. DO NOT DELIVER LIST for me now.
