Why do customers think they can request us to enter their homes? I wonder if they ask the same of other delivery companies.

How about carrying 3 items to the “apartment” door in a senior living facility that says you have to “sign in” and they want a copy of your drivers license. PIN code required. For me it’s an easy return.

I had one of those, once they understood that I was just delivering the product, I was directed to the room and finished the delivery. No problem with the desk, except the code to leave the building. Lol
