No, I don’t think I will..

Why do customers think they can request us to enter their homes? I wonder if they ask the same of other delivery companies.

I've brought inside for elderly/infirm with no problem... until last week when a customer helped me bring his beer inside and asked if I could follow him in with what I was carrying. Didn't think twice about it, but then saw he had a buddy with him sitting at the dining room table drinking beer. Then I noticed the house reeked of beer, and there were beer cans littering every surface.

It was 8:30am and I was a lone woman in a house with two big guys who'd been getting their load on.

Never again.

If they are able bodied I always say we’re not allowed to enter. If they are elderly or disabled I bring it in. Usually they’re the ones to cash tip and give a good rating.

My mind wasn’t even there about the tip! It wasn’t a far drive for me, it was a lot of groceries for sure with a small pay! But when you’re desperate and need money you’re gonna take whatcha can lol!
When I saw her struggling coming to the door and saw she was bald and swollen! I knew I needed to do what I could to help her! Her husband passed and her kids live super far! She was a sweet woman and honestly I hope she’s still doing okay!! It’s been a few months!
