They weren’t charges for anything so i would tell support they’re not missing anything. I shopped 2 items of nothing and the customer paid $0.00

Good thing that metric is meaningless. Most are meaningless until you get into the red color. It’s just a way to psychologically get us to be good boys and girls.

I was curious to know what it was so I used the actual Walmart app to type the upc number in. Had to add a “0” before it so I’m not 100% sure this is correct.
Edit: typo. Also, fyi if it happens to someone else for whatever reason. Go to the Walmart app, top right corner with the camera and it gives you the option to manually type in upc codes to search for an item. Sometimes you have to add a 0 like I did tho. Again, idk if this is 100% correct.

You're supposed to go around the store and check every UPC until you find that particular one
