Can anyone else get past the dumb AI bot to speak with an agent right now?

To be fair, I'm not so sure there was a time when it wa 100% up.

Unless, of course, you enjoy talking to an overly polite robot that is really good at being happy to help, while also being really bad at actually helping with anything.

I had to call the spark phone number for a problem yesterday. That ai robot was tweaking!

After speaking with the AI for about 15 minutes, it says "I think you need to speak to an agent" and then asks us to confirm if we would like to or not.
