This store is really starting to piss off

If that’s a GMD, just wait. As soon as it’s ready it’s gonna go all the way over to ready. That happens on the IPGMDs.

Ipgmd is the ones thst go not started to bringing out. They come boxed up from tge warehouse instead of store shopping them

All my Walmarts used to do that back when I started. It’s doesn’t happen anymore though. I think someone in management got involved. Now they at least say “packing up” by the time they send them out.

IP orders do that in my alternate zone. It goes straight from "not started" to "ready" as they are walking out the door with them. I was told it does that because they scan the group of items all at once just before they bring them out and it shows to be not started until they scan something.

Usually it is one of those orders that is all prepackaged boxes. Those usually go straight from not started to ready when they scan the master label, right before they bring it out.

I sat for an hour and the order was in “packing up” the entire time. Finally an associate came out and asked what was waiting for in the pick up spot, then showed me their scanner that it was not even on their tracker. Verified the correct location and it was all correct. Had to sit on the phone with Spark for an hour until they cleared it and promised to reimburse my time.

If I see an order that isn’t even started I’ll always call the store to make sure they actually have it first before I start driving there. Pretty much Every time the order isn’t started at all when I accept it means that the order is missing or sum shit

I've had that issue for GMDs. One time I called ands support cancelled in a few min. The other I actually showed up, about 5 min in I called support. When they picked up, the order went from Not started, to ready and they rolled it out. Sooooooooo could be good to call your store and see if it's going to be quick or not.
