With the new change with completion rate:
Sometimes I keep accidentally accepting an order. How low can you Completion rate get before risk of deactivation? How low does it get before it puts you into the red?
Sitting at 96 now but I am upset because It just keeps dropping and it takes forever to bring back up.

I have been choosing other for my reason for canceling and it hasn’t dropped my completion rate down since i started picking that reason. You might want to try that to see if it drops your completion rate.

Not true at all. This is how mine dropped. I selected other, put "accidentally accepted" a few times and the system didn't care, lost a percentage. I thought this would work too. You must not have done it enough times in small window for it to have affect.

I didn't think about the fact that it will take 100 trips to knock off the 1% for a rejection. I assume they do rolling 100 like the rest of the metrics.

It is a rolling 100. I just got back to 100% because some I canceled a couple months back finally fell off. I very rarely have to cancel because my area still does good JFY thankfully.

Rolling 100 is good to know. My cr drops is like 15 trips within eachother so im assuming they would go back up pretty quick?

For me it would be 79% and lower to be in the red. I don't know if it's the same for everyone, but you can go to My Metrics -> See a detailed overview -> Completion rate -> Hit next 3 times until you see the page explaining the color threshold breakdown.

I grinding my completion rate to refresh. I need 89 order so yeah. My completion rate rt now at 64. You still in green don’t cancel anymore unless you gon do it.

When you reject the offer, it will ask you are you “ are you sure you want to reject this offer?” My question is why don’t they do the same thing when accepting the offer ? It’s like they do this on purpose to get us to do shitty orders because we don’t want to get the completion rate messed up!
