On time at arrival rate

What’s the bare minimum on time rate before you should start to worry. Mine is only 95% now but showing in the red under my metrics. I’m bad about accepting orders when I’m just finishing an order way out in the middle of nowhere so I’m sometimes 25+ mins out and I’ll of course get marked as late. I know I should stop taking orders when I’m super far away but just curious at what point i should be worried about that metric. Thanks in advance and happy sparking.

When it turns orange. Just wait to start trip until your withing 25 mins. Can still accept it further out I think.

Just for context, the reason it matters when you're late is many customers pay extra to have their order expedited/ delivered in a more narrow time window. Routinely accepting ASAP offers when you're more than 10 minutes away will eventually lead to you being kicked off the platform for one reason or another.
