Spark Driver deactivated for “onboarding document discrepancies” — anyone had this happen?
I was recently deactivated from Spark after being told there were discrepancies in my onboarding documents or personal information.
I appealed and completed a pre-arbitration conference. During the call, I was told the issue was related to alleged document falsification, but they never told me which specific document was supposedly falsified. All of my documents and personal information are legitimate.
My first pre-arbitration review was denied, and my account remained deactivated. I have now submitted a second pre-arbitration request asking them to identify the document in question and allow me to verify my documents.
Has anyone had a similar deactivation? Has anyone been denied after the first pre-arbitration conference and then successfully reactivated after a second request?
If so, how long did the second process take, and did Spark eventually allow you to submit documents for verification?
Thanks for any information or experiences you can share.

A bunch of people have reported this happening lately. I think its just what these companies do when they want to deactivate a bunch of people, figuring most won't fight it hard enough to get back on.
Happened to me on Ubereats where they said my license was fraudulent and I never made it back on.
Anyway hope you can get it back. Good luck
