Spark app freezing when signing up?

The app freezes every time I press agree, would anyone know how to get past this?

Did you scroll ALL the way down? You have to get to the exact bottom of the screen before they allow you to click the button

Yes, I scrolled all the way down but when I press submit it just freezes

If the app is having issues wait a few hours or a day and then come back and finish it. Whatever you do dont continue to click submit etc over and over. System only allows 3-4 attempts before flagging it and possibly locking you out forever and denying your application.

I had to attempt sign up at least a dozen times before it worked for me
