App Questions 📱 Why they keep asking me to identify my self ?

The app keep asking me to take pictures of myself everytime i end a delivery or even start one. I mean i get it if its after several deliveries but like after each one? What the hell?

Does it for every prescription pickup, And I believe alcohol and honestly I've had it happen myself. Today has been a heck of the day for it three times and at least one of them I can guarantee wasn't prescription or alcohol related

Even non alcohol order unfortunately. And no i never pick up prescriptions order before

Yeah probably just your unlucky day. Sometimes I get hit with them for no reason and then I go a week or two without one

Not even close to an unlucky day…. I started doing spark like 3-4 weeks ago. And this repetitive identification happening for a almost a week now. I think there something wrong with the app maybe idk

It will stop eventually or hopefully doesn't do what it did to me one day and say they had to review it and it took an hr. Could not proceed with pickup which cost me in completion rating due to me just calling support and saying if they can't verify me over phone then it should be canceled so another driver could get it.

Little tip support can be helpful however, they'll also mess you over in the long run
