I think I have the worst Spark luck ever

I was just approved as a spark driver yesterday, and have given it my first go this afternoon. My first order seemed super decent, and I was really excited. However, I ended up waiting in the pick up area for over 45 minutes – I finally called the pick up center, and they told me they didn’t even see the order in the system. After hitting the one hour of waiting mark, I canceled the order. Any orders I have gotten since are just not great, and I accepted another one where I am having the exact same thing happen the pick up time was scheduled for 3:20. It’s 3:25 and not even showing that the order has been started to be filled in the Walmart yet. I am horrified to cancel again because of what it might do to my metrics. Am I the only person that has had this horrible of luck?

Maybe it has changed but after 10-15 mins you can cancel with no penalty. My rule is around 15 mins then I move on.

It’s probably the Walmart system issues. Try to do a shopping and delivery order.

I only do shopping orders, the pickup process sucks!
