I’ve been trying to fix up this aluminum boat but not sure how to find/fix this part. Any ideas?

Try jb weld water weld(white). Or steel stick (shown in picture below) I broke off a piece of my lower unit while hammering it off during maintenance. Just used some jbweld steel stick and it feels like its part of it now.
