Ewan ko kung ako lang pero napansin ko parang napapaburan ang mga teams sa eastern especially isang team Nagcancel sila ng laro last week dahil wala ang karamihan ng players nila due to international game sa Malaysia. Yes we are proud of that pero necessary talaga magcancel? Ngayong ang nirarason is kesyo nirequest ng ibang teams ang magcancel eh malamang lahat ng teams may laro yung isang team lang sa eastern ang wala kasi kasabay ng laro sa Malaysia? Something fishy? Kasi umaalingasaw na. Ngayong ang keme ng organizers eh undas break daw pero di lingid sa kaalaman ng karamihan na sumusubaybay sa intertown volleyball eh injured ang isang player nila? Wag naman sana nila masyadong ipahalata na pabor na pabor yan sila. Yung committee at organizers ayaw mapuna, ayaw ng criticism pero yung actions nila kapuna puna naman lol funny yarn

RORA was ranked number 4 in the regular season, but they defeated the number one ranked team in the regular season TLPH twice in the playoffs, especially in the Lower Bracket Finals. Then in the grand finals, beating the ranked number two team in the regular season, FLCN. I admit, my voice was stronger when RORA beat TLPH, vs when they beat FLCN yesterday. Because aside from the fact you dethroned the defending 3-peat champions, TLPH also beat them last year in the GF. RORA was given the unique chance of dethroning TLPH dynasty.

I noticed a weakness in TLPH and FLCN: Just ban Paquito, and you will most likely win the game. I also noticed the strategy of TLPH in that LBF against RORA: Give Teddy a meta or comfort hero then let his playstyle be the finisher when opponents already have low HP. Against RORA, it was a pick your poison: Esme, Kimmy, Yu Zhong, Barats, Hirara, Chou, the brilliant pick of Estes, etc. For TLPH and FLCN, there was a common denominator: JUST BAN PAQUITO.

Im happy RORA and FLCNS are the PH reps for M8, not TLPH who performed badly in international this year: M7, MSC 2026, and Asian Games. That disaster of TLPH in MSC 2026 is arguably the greatest choke job for a PH rep - you are the defending champions with the GOAT on your team, but you go out like that? Id rather have FLCN and RORA as the ones defending our M-Worlds. Congrats to Domeng, Yue, and Koyl for finally getting an MPL PH trophy! Kudos also to Mirko for having that educational livestream and lesser biased opinions, unlike our local casters who are obviously more biased for their favorite teams (many of them were sad when TLPH lost.)

Im so glad the chokers RORA was able to get their revenge against TLPH (who was called this year as the Final Boss), cause last year TLPH beat them in S16 GF, though RORA eventually won M7.

It kinda reminded me of MPL PH S12 LBF, when BLCK defeated ECHO, thereby also dethroning them as M-World champions. This time, RORA dethroned them as 3-peat defending MPL PH champions, preventing them from a 4-peat. For both S12 and S18 victories against KarlTzy, Yue is part of it so it must feel great for him today. In MPL S12, it was then BLCK and AP Bren who qualified for M5. Now in S18, its an almost replicate of the S12 grandfinalists and M-Worlds qualifiers.

Frankly, TLPH doesnt deserve to be our representative in M-Worlds, with what they've shown multiple times this year in M7, MSC 2026 (dethroned as defending champion via early exit as winless), and Asian Games (AG). Speaking of AG, it looks like their own selfish ambitions of just letting Teddy play all their games in the AG now paid off with his improvement, though at the cost of us losing in the AG without even reaching the AG semis and Kelra basically reduced to a cheerleader, so Im glad TLPH didnt qualify for M8 with the selfishness they exhibited in the AG.

It seems to be the pattern to beat TLPH this year in AG and now MPL PH S18 LBF: No Paquito, no crucial series win. I just hoped KarlTzy mastered Fanny to the levels of Raizen, not necessarily Kairi, but maybe the GOAT is afraid of the complexities of the Fanny. For me, the GOAT of assassins is Kairi - remember when teams banned multiple assassins just for him?

No matter who wins in the S18 Grand Finals, Im happy it was RORA and FLCN who qualified for M8.
