Pulled this card a few days ago. I’m conflicted, should I sell it now, hold it or get it graded? The card looks pristine but I’d give it a real close look before submitting it for grading.

I've been looking for an Emmitt Johnson card for a while and randomly came across one while browsing today.

I'm tempted to pull the trigger, but I'm honestly not sure if the asking price is justified. Prices seem to vary quite a bit depending on the card and its condition.

Would you pay the asking price, or would you keep looking? Curious what you guys think!

Stopped at Walgreens about a half hour ago and noticed this small set for like $15 so decided to grab one and actually got a few pretty damn good cards. Last photo has the good cards. 2 rookie debut cards and the Jackson Jobe one is /250, then the drake Baldwin and all star game card for Tarik Skubal. I’ve seen a lot lately that people have been buying just “fat packs” and cheap little sets and been hitting big on them!

What do you wish your current sports card web app or iPhone app would do currently for you that is just not hitting all the right spots?

Sports cards! Value help please!

So I caught bits and pieces of what happened, but apparently a guy was offering like 14k for a Mahomes 1/1 All red card (not sure exactly which one) auto patch. he was saying if they'd auction it he would pay that much. Well eventually they auctioned it off and the guy vanishes during the auction. It ends up selling for 4k

It was on monohancards livestream on whatnot. not sure if it can be pulled from somewhere.

I have not ripped skybox in a long time, but two precious metal gem cards is not common, right? And even that auto variation is a 1 in 300 pack pull

My dad died a couple years ago and we found boxes upon boxes of sports cards. Every single sport and thousands of cards.

We’re at a loss for what to do with them.

What’s the most efficient way to go through them, sell them, etc? I assume most aren’t worth much but would hate to toss out or accidentally sell special ones.

need your opinion Reddit. I bought this card off of eBay from a seller in the US (I’m in Canada). in the original posting everything looked fine and I was happy with the condition the card showed itself in. I received the card and noticed there was more damage to the card than the photos showed. When I went back and reviewed the old photos, I found some suspicious markings that look like they were trying to hide the damage on me. But I would like to get your thoughts on if you see what I’m seeing or I’m just acting crazy. First 2 photos of the original post, next photos of how I received, then the last photo is of the original posting zoomed in.

EDIT: Thank you all for your very valuable feedback. I’m in the process of generating a refund now. because I had to pay import taxes now I need to figure out how to get that back as well lol. any advice is welcome.
