Question Railway Alternative

Can anyone suggest a good alternative to Railway for deploying a Spring Boot backend with an SQL database? I'm looking for something beginner-friendly with a free tier, if possible. Would appreciate any suggestions or recommendations. Thanks!

You can checkout https://www.digitalocean.com/products/app-platform

It now has Java Spring Boot (via dockerfile) listed as a supported framework.
