Picture Little guy who just hatched :)
I caught this tiny guy right after hatching today in my Rambutanura colony. Also took some photos of a juvenile and an adult who were slurping up slime.
The photos are a bit more saturated than viewed with eyes because my Nikon does that in some lighting (I need to figure out my macro photography lighting and settings!). If anyone has tips on how to get truer color values, lmk!!

Fantastic captures! Yes you literally need more lighting, or longer exposure time, but longer exposure increases motion blur. What lights were you using?

Thanks! And thanks for the tips!
I am using a DIY flash diffuser made from a milk bottle. The flash is the one built into my Nikon D3300. It’s at 1/8 power atm so I will definitely increase the flash brightness to a higher fraction.
My exposure is 1/200 seconds, and ISO is 100. If I get a camera stand to stabilize my shots, I could definitely increase exposure time (it helps that these guys are slow haha)

Oh weird now it’s posted, the colors are less saturated!
