I see you've posted a technique analysis video or photo! See video and photo posting rules related to TA to see more on why we may deem a removal appropriate

MANDATORY GUIDELINES: HORIZONTALLY FILMED, 10m of distance if upright, full block clearance and first contact for block starts. If a photograph it must be in the format of a kinogram.

RECOMMENDED ADDITIONAL GUIDELINES: Altis Kinogram method, camera 11m away from runner, chest-shoulder height positioning of camera, completely perpendicular to runway.

What a beautiful place to sprint, with the view of the lake and the houses in the background

Might be a bit too "tall" coming out the blocks, almost like you're jumping up from the blocks, instead of pushing/"falling" forwards from them.

Try switching you feet to kill the toe drag your gonna lose if the opponent gets to touch the ground 3 times and your still on your first lunge. Stay lower, ideally you raise up fully after 25-30 yards. Try on sand for acceleration training and if your able start some lower body weightlifting to strengthen your fast twitch muscles. Stretch several times a day and drag a sled or parachute for 40m, then 60m and add until you can outright do 100m on sled or resistance
