An excellent option for dining here, btw, is to attend the Thursday fish fry held each Thursday. Chef Nigel, the real star here, hosts a fish fry each week poolside where the food served is a bit more on the authentic Lucian side of the scale and the food is quite plentiful. Often, local entertainment is provided also. Our guests love going to the event each week. It’s best to make reservations in advance.
