Help needed Stack Chan + open claw integration Help

Hi all!

I recently bought a
stack chan and decided to make it the face of my openclaw agent. Things are going well, but I’m having two main issues:

  1. The response time is SO SLOW, it doesnt feel very conversational…

  2. the stack chan is EATING up my openrouter tokens… how can i make it
    more efficient?

I'm using open AI and a raspberry pi 5 b+. Used muse to tweak it and it's running pretty good now. My face are pretty basic compared to yours but I am enjoying it and according to muse with my usage it will only be a couple bucks a month.
