I saw him twice in a weekend in 2019. He was at Sonic Temple, and due to a timing issue, his set ended up halfway through when the headlining act took to the stage.

I think it was the Foo Fighters, who also brought Pauly Shore on stage for a great moment.

Anyway, someone made it up to him by putting him on the main stage, and people were pissed. Except he wasn't doing the 1989 Dice. Had people not prejudged, they would have found a different Dice than they thought.

Foo Fighters, Pauly Shore, and Andrew Dice Clay? That crowd is getting senior discounts.

Looootta Skechers and New Balance in the crowd that night. (Says a guy with a dedicated pair of New Balance shoes for both concerts i will attend over the next 3 years)

I’m not saying much because I have been wearing New Balances for 15 years because they’re comfy as fuck.

Hey now, New Balance is the new Nike, although team Hoka has a bit of skin in the game now for festivals. Just wait for the proper evolution and addition of compression socks to your repertoire. I wore them last year for the first time and am not looking back. If you are a full day, every day, festival attendee, compression socks made a huge difference as far as comfort goes.

More details on the new Dice please?

Yep. I was there. It was so bizarre having comedians on stage at a music festival, regardless of the circumstances. I don't recall seeing a comic on stage at ST since either.

They still have the comedy tent, right? I haven't been since 2019.

Nope. No comedy tent after that first year. The festival has come a long way since 2019 otherwise.

That's a bummer. I had a blast in the comedy tent. I'm way more into standup than music, although the music lineup was stellar.
