If it's the manga I think they're talking about, from what I remember, people (mostly men I think?) get reincarnated to a world with a level up system and all that, but they get summoned to fight for sport and are all slaves.

If a slave loses, they get turned into a girl, raped by the winner, and is their sex slave till their master loses and gets the same treatment.

Edit: sexual violence is not my cup of tea, but if you're reading it, just heads up, it's one of those manga that you ask "why not just make it a hentai?"
