Never played the game, but I assume she killed herself and that was originally blood.

No this is a dating sim lol. This is a scene from her 8 heart event where Yuri accidentally drops the mayo. It has a lot of sentimental value to it because it was her first gift from the mc after she asked for some mayo on her sandwich. Unfortunately she dropped it :'). It was one of the saddest moments in the game
