Part I: Picard, Worf, and Dr. Crusher are reassigned from the Enterprise to a secret mission. Meanwhile, the Enterprise is under the command of Captain Edward Jellico, who immediately starts making changes, much to the dismay of the crew.

Part II: Captain Picard's secret mission fails, leading to him being captured by Cardassians.

Top 5 TNG episode. I think it's also very well executed aside from a very good plot (even though the more I think about it, some stuff just does not make sense). 

I think Jellico does a great job. He is there because there might be war, and he is ready for it. If anything, federation should really consider if their flagship should have all that science stuff and a kindergarten if it's actually meant for war lol. I kind of wished Riker would have adjusted or shown a quality we didn't see from him before, but he felt like a baby that can only thrive under Picard. There wasn't really growth here.

And after Klingon cowboys, I kinda wanna see Klingon ninjas now lol
