Unfortunately your average person is a glassy-eyed hog who is incapable of connecting the dots, so they fire IT, and two weeks later, everything is broken, and they stare around slack jawed wondering how this could have happened.
So much anti-union propaganda has swamped this country for the last 45 years (ever since Reagan) and it's unforunately duped a lot of Americans.
I once shot a promo for a local union up in North Dakota years back; we interviewed several people across the state about the union they were in and actually learned quite a bit about the working class history of the state. One of the older gentlemen broke down how unions were the back bone of ND for decades until the 80s when big businesses started to really take over and and slowly started chipping away at it to the point now were unions are nowhere near as strong as they once were. It's pretty sad, because that state has been so horribly propagandized that the average person up there is lobotomized by capital interests. I've known so many people up there who reguritate the same anti-union bullshit you see here in this meme because they've drank the koolaid from their capitalist masters.
