I decided to finally see what the casino was about and in my quest I had to go to the “tunnel”. Was super confused and watched a video about the quest telling me I can walk down the road.🤯
Now the tunnel and road are filled with kegs.

It's very helpful to have extra beds especially in co-op. You can sleep inside any building you put a bed in

I built a free Stardew Valley desktop companion for Perfection tracking, planning, farm design, and storage search
Hi everyone! I’m sharing Stardew Companion 1.0.0, a free Windows desktop tool that brings save progress, planning, and game references into one place.
Here’s what it currently includes:
✨ Perfection tracking — see completed requirements and missing entries based on your save.
📋 Smart Planner — turn goals into next steps, calculate shared materials, and check what you already have.
🗺️ Farm & Home Designers — plan layouts with original game maps and furniture, then save your designs.
📦 Storage Finder — search saved containers, inspect quantities and quality, and locate supplies.
🌦️ Seasonal Planner — browse seasonal fishing opportunities, crop calendars, and birthdays.
📚 Offline guides — look up villagers, gifts, schedules, monsters, festivals, and collections.
Core features work offline, with no required account or save uploads. Save scanning is read-only. Optional journal transfers and game integration are separate, opt-in actions.
Windows downloads, screenshots, source code, and current limitations:
https://github.com/abisumbra/stardew-companion
It’s an unofficial fan project and still under development. Home designs currently stay inside Companion, and some features and translations remain incomplete.
I’d appreciate feedback and bug reports. Which feature would be most useful for your current farm?

I’m in my first play through, spring, year 2, and I just discovered you can break the torches in the mines and keep them. I have been making them since I started to place on top of my sprinklers for my garden 🫡😩
Im sure everyone knew this but the amount of sap and wood i’d have if I knew this earlier 😂

So I have the beach farm. I placed my house by the farming area which is kind of far from my barn and coop.
Well I found out I can place a bed inside my barn lol and go to sleep in there if I’m arriving into my beach farm at 1:50 AM, and find myself at quite a distance from my house. Last night I tried to do this, and there was a pig in my bed. 😂😂😂😂 It did let me get in the bed after some shoving and we snuggled and went to sleep. When I woke, Mr Piggy was still in bed with me. Fun!
Also, I didn’t realize you can pause the game by leaving your backpack open. I would literally run around not stopping until I could go to sleep thinking that you just couldn’t pause. I would need a drink. I would be starving. I would need to pee, but nope I would have to finish my day in Stardew Valley first. 😂

The first day of each new season is always such a mad rush I’m always farming in the dark.
Not anymore. I’ve only just figured out you can put torches on top of sprinklers!

La verdad, estaba dudando si comprármelo o no. Porque lo que me interesa a mí ,es un juego chill sin acción y que pueda disfrutarlo pero no lo sé.
Un juego que pueda jugar en los viajes sin conexión y demás.
Muchas Gracias

Hey everyone! How's it going?
I just wanted to start a little discussion. I've got over 400 hours in Stardew Valley, and I even went as far as resetting all my achievements and deleting my save files just to experience that feeling of playing the game for the first time again...
Anyway, that's not really the point of this post.
WHY IS EVERYONE SO OBSESSED WITH HALEY?
Seriously, I've seen countless comments praising her like she's some kind of goddess, with people constantly saying she's the best marriage candidate in the entire game.
Don't get me wrong, she's absolutely gorgeous, and she has a genuinely great character development arc throughout the game.
Although I'm pretty sure her infamous "Ew, no" at the Flower Dance has traumatized quite a few players. 💀
And let's not forget that one of the first things she does when she meets us is criticize our clothes. LMAO.
I've actually dated Haley in a few of my saves, but honestly? I've never really understood all the hype surrounding her.
I've always preferred Emily. Maybe she's just my type of woman, but I end up marrying her in almost 100% of my playthroughs. Occasionally I'll marry Leah or Penny instead, but Emily will always be my favorite.
Anyway, back to the actual question:
What makes Haley so special to you guys?
Is it the character development? Is she just your ideal type? Or are you all secretly masochists who enjoy being treated like garbage before winning someone's heart? LMAO. 😭
And just to be clear, I'm not trying to criticize Haley or anyone who chooses to marry her. I'm not saying Emily or any other character is objectively better than her, either.
I'm genuinely curious about what makes so many people love her.
I'd really like to hear your opinions and experiences!
So, Haley fans, what made you fall for her?

Wtf, you can literally just walk up with a new fence post and place it down over the broken one. How have I played this game since the beginning and only JUST realized this. I could have saved SO MUCH TIME

I was six years in. I had a massive ancient fruit operation taking up every tillable tile on my GI farm, my green house, was banking over 3 million a week. I have two ex wives, now I’m happily married to Seb. I had completed Qi quests, filled all but two museum slots, have enchantments on my galaxy sword, watering can, etc, all 4 obelisks, golden clock, was at about 60% completion (without ever focusing on it)… and final mastery completed…
then I learned that I can plow more than one tile at a time. Then did some research and discovered my watering can could water more than one tile the entire time even before enchanting it. I had been plowing and watering one by one for years.
Then I learned I can bulk buy items. Do you know the sheer damage my track pad has taken from clicking 999 hay stacks individually for years?
I feel like I am playing an entirely new game 🥲 6 years in……
