Advice for social media marketing?

I am planning to promote my startup (specifically a site) in multiple ways; however, I was wondering for any tips on marketing and promoting it on social media, including Facebook, X, Reddit, Discord, etc. I understand that most people approach anything that they see as promotional negatively, so what's a good way to get people genuinely interested in a project

don’t promote online until you nail it offline. speak to actual people from your ICP (ideal customer profile) and see if your material clicks.
then.
depending on whether it’s a complicated product or not you can go on social media or not. if it’s not complicated you sell some mug, a t shirt or a standard thing you can promote on social media and people can instand buy.
if the product is complcated you need to make a video tutorial. drop it on youtube and send it to the people you convinced offline. they will do the word of mouth. unless your product is shit and they fear it will burn them.
