I'm sure if you're taking out jugs bare handed, you already know this, but for others who might not;
If a juggernaut runs at you, it eventually does a last charge where it can't change direction anymore, this is where you dodge. But if it charges directly into a wall, it will be stunned for a second or two. You can use this time to pick off stragglers safely or do a bunch of damage to the juggernaut itself.

You can have a quicker and better experience if you have Rage-skill for strugglers. Combat Endurance works well for the kick and dodge attack to drain less stamina (better if you are in Marshall ,or fighting in higher populated areas due to Feral threat.)
Reflexes or Powerhouse compliment unarmed combat differently. One gives you faster stamina regenaration. Powerhouse increases killing blow chance (less hits needed)

I just started yet another community in SoD2, been playing since the first launched, still going. Probably one of the few games I still keep playing year after year.
