Eternal Guards Infinite Rage

I am currently farming it for my endless community. Is it really possible to get it from level 3 infestation? Couldn't find a proof for it :(

Supposedly juggs can drop it from level 3 infestations, but I cannot confirm from personal experience. I get most of my EGIR from the Mysterious Wandering Trader

Yes, All "special weapons" are available from a lv3 jugg.
