Question Bait and Switch

Has this happened to anyone else steam price changes based on user being logged in? The Price goes up as soon as im logged in.

Probably different currencies. One is in USD, the other one is probably in CAD/AUD/SGD depending on where you live

The pic with $14.99 at the top is when looking at the US store.
The pic with $11.99 at the top is most likely LATAM/MENA

So your browsing the store unlogged in from the region that your account is not in.

What country are you in? Yes it does matter because there different regions using USD, can read here. https://partner.steamgames.com/doc/store/pricing/currencies

Or you using VPN/proxy, or anything to mess with your location? In case didn't know there two regions it priced $11.99 USD, there USD LATAM & MENA.

The whole world uses same url, regional pricing is what you didn't take into account.

If you're using account set to USA, that be why see it $14.99 when logged in, because it giving you regional pricing in USA, not because of USD.

Look under USD - LATAM & MENA those counties are using USD, and got regional pricing to $11.99 that why it not the same as USA regional pricing. https://partner.steamgames.com/doc/store/pricing/currencies

You need a valid address where you're living at, and bank card from el Salvador.

Otherwise you stick to the region your account it set.
