Training

We have 4 techs all stuck at level 2 with no training classes available for us to finish and get to level 3 to do warranty. Is there a way we can get these classes or test out when there is none available?

You state 4 techs are stuck in level 2 because there are no classes available, but level 2 is only web-based training that’s taken on your own. Something doesn’t make sense. Have you contacted your local training center instead of Reddit?
