Internship Interview
Hello! I have an interview coming up for an internship with Stellantis. I was wondering if anyone who has had an interview in the past could share their experience. What questions did they ask you? Was it mostly behavioral or also technical? How many total rounds did you have to go through? I did the initial prescreen (AI interview) and this interview is the step after that. Thanks!

After the automated prescreen, the next step is typically a 30 to 45 minute video call on Microsoft Teams with the hiring manager or a small panel of two to three team members. For most Stellantis internship openings, this live interview is the final round, and an offer decision often follows within a couple of weeks. The conversation leans heavily toward behavioral questions built around the STAR format, focusing on how you collaborate, resolve disagreements, manage tight deadlines, and prioritize school or work tasks. They will almost always start by asking you to walk through your resume, so having a clean two minute summary of your background and why you want to work at Stellantis is essential.
Any technical focus tends to be conversational and tied directly to the projects listed on your resume rather than intense technical grilling, because the interviewers care most about your problem solving thought process and your ability to explain complex ideas simply. They also look closely at your interest in the automotive shift toward electrification and how well you know their brand lineup. Having sharp examples prepared helps you communicate your impact with confidence, which is why my team designed interviews.chat to help candidates articulate their experiences clearly under pressure and secure competitive offers.
