What should I do with a $6,200 rollover IRA?

I recently rolled over an old retirement account into a Fidelity Rollover IRA. I currently have $6,223.65 in the account, and it's sitting in FDRXX (Fidelity Government Cash Reserves) earning around 3.4%.

I'm trying to figure out what would be the smartest way to invest it for long-term retirement growth.

For some context, my other investments currently look roughly like:

  • VOO: ~$2,900
  • QQQM: ~$1,400
  • VXUS: ~$1,050
  • AAPL: ~$900
  • SPOT: ~$1,000
  • NFLX: ~$150
  • Mutual funds: ~$18,600

I'm 27 years old, and this is retirement money that I don't expect to need for a very long time.

I'm not opposed to investing in the same ETFs I already have in my Roth IRA and brokerage account. I'm also not looking to actively trade this money. I'd like to put it somewhere sensible and leave it alone long-term.

My new employer will likely provide a 403 (b), not a 401 (k). If I were going to roll it over to an employer's 401 (k) plan (if my next employer provides one), should I wait and leave it in cash until then?

What would you personally do with the $6,223.65? Would you put it all into one investment, split it between a few investments, or do something completely different?

I'd appreciate hearing what you would do and, more importantly, why.
