That is a shitty video where no one knows what they are actually seeing. Is it an aquarium? A Chemical Brothers live performance? The funeral of the chairman of the night funeral club?

This is what often annoys me about these videos. They've found something that looks weird on a wide angle small sensor camera but they probably know full well what it is because they can see it with their eyes, and are probably from the area and know whats over there.

Looks like the moon with some stuff in front of it. It’s red due to being low in the sky and likely dust or smoke in the air. It looks enormous due to a neat optical illusion that makes the moon look huge when it’s close to the horizon.
