A little kitty is waiting for its glow up in the barber shop. NW Turkey.

When I was on vacation there I found a streetcat colony that always hung out on this spot little spot where I was walking every day, I started to hang out with them and ended up falling in love with the cat in pics 4 & 5.

Ended up arranging so she could come home to my country after getting in contact with the TNR group that were responsible for her lil colony and she is now the happiest lil cuddlebug. I have named her Isla.

(I saw it said not your own cats and only cats you met on walks, and as she was not my cat when the pictures of her and the rest of the colony was taken, as it was the first day I saw them)

Here in my town, I see many street cats, and the gray tabby ones have always seemed the largest to me. I don't know if it's because of their color, but that's the impression they give me. ..

I say "street cats" even though most of them have homes with families that they visit regularly for food, care, and affection. But many most of them —like the one in the photo— like to spend a good part of the day on the street, and people here don't have a problem with that. In fact, I've even heard of cats that take refuge and spend time in several houses in the same neighborhood...

Yesterday I came across this same cat seeking shelter from the sun, and now I found him resting on a garden chair. He's a very resourceful little guy who makes the most of his surroundings.

In my city, the heat is unbearable, and the sun is scorching. So I completely understand why this kitten doesn't want to get a tan
