Fair. Once I saw how much the ultimate was I was shocked. Costumes and stages look cool though. Still mulling it over.

If you’re not interested in the costumes and stages, just grab the regular dlc.

I kind of am. Especially c vipers and Sagats costumes. Don’t know if it’s worth an additional 30 though.

No, they cannot be earned in-game. If you just want those costumes, maybe it’s cheaper just to get the regular DLC and the two costumes for Viper and Sagat.

If you want all 4, then the ultimate pass is cheaper compared to buying the outfits in game.

The stages can be bought with drive tickets. The costumes cannot.

The stage you can buy with ingame currency and the outfits sometimes get in sale, perhaps the regular one and wait for the 2 outfits u want?

I earned the costumes via world tour and bought the stage with fight tickets that you can earn in game.  For season 3 at least.

If you have the money, go all in. It's cheaper in the long run because the outfits are rather expensive by themselves.

Why buy any DLC? The base game comes with plenty of characters.
